I have just purchased a Radioshark and running AMP 1.4. I was able to tune the radioshark through its own software in increments of 0.1mhz (fm)., by setting to .
However, when I run AMP…
… where? Either I’m the most blind creature in the universe or the app that this entire forum is all about is so well hidden that we should open a forum discussing the ways to find and catch the animal!!!

Does anyone have the latest AMP 1.x source? I don’t think AMP2.0 will ever be good for a car. AMP 1.x was really huge and bloated, but it was working.
Also I read somewhere that it doesn’t work under Leopard. Does anyone know why? Does it just not compile in old what’s it called… Xcode?

Looking for a way to get internet anywhere im at even while driving down the highway on my macmini
I use a Powermate for my primary volume control, and it’s fantastic. Right now, pressing the button mutes the system volume. I’d like to program it to pause AMP when I press the button.
Since Griffin’s preference pane doesn’t know what AMP is, there’s no easy way to do this (like it’s iTunes controls).
I’m horrible at coding, but I would image that it’s possible to determine what happens when you press the pause icon in AMP, and replicate that action as an AppleScript or something that the Powermate preference pane can understand.
Any ideas?

i am having trouble with getting AMP to play my music. i love the program and really really want to use it, but it is not allowing me to listen to my music. i go through and select a song, and it plays the first second or two of the song then stops. does this for every song in the entire library, no matter what song i choose.
any help would be greatly appreciated. i saw some others had this problem but no one really got back as to what was wrong or if they fixed it or anything. thank you all very much.
hey i was just wondering why cant you creators create a front end that will work on 800×600 and not just 800×480. the reason so is because i cant fricking get my dumb mac to display 800×480 on the lilliput 619 older version lcd. i purchase a refurbish mac 10.4x and couldnt get 800×480 to work on it so i went and bought the a new 10.5x version mac thinking that this will solve the problem but it doesnt. by the way i use displayconfigx and i bought the software too but it doesnt work. i try every method possible that this forum have stated but doesnt solve anything. but back to the original question, is there a reason why amp, neonbox, etc. uses 800×480 and not the original 800×600. can anybody make it to work on 800×600. that be awesom. it be more awesom if someone can help me get 800×480 to work on my mac. i have the older version lilliput 619. all the monitors i seen this people uses on the forum is eb701 or the newer version 619(not the 629, i know the differences between 619, 629)
I’ve loaded AMP onto three different Macs and run in to the same issue over and over - when I get to the actual artist list, I can scroll down with the side nav bar, but the artist lists does not update - I can’t actually see all my artists to choose what I listen to, I only get the first 6 or so. I’ve searched around here and can’t find anyone else having this issue. Running AMP 1.4 on Leopard here, anyone else have this issue or know of a work-around?
